In 2005, Spoiled Milk started out in Copenhagen as a couple of friends with shared dreams and opinions on new media, design and technology. The growing client base, attraction of talent and expansion of services lead the company to three offices in Copenhagen, Zurich and Belgrade, focusing on digital consultancy, social media strategy and cross-media development.
Today, Spoiled Milk announces that the company has been acquired by 24MAS, a global full-service mobile solutions provider. Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, 24MAS has been in business for over ten years and currently has 120 employees in seven global offices located in Stockholm, London, Zurich, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Lima.
Managing Director of Spoiled Milk, David Luisi, comments from the Zurich office: “As an agency, we had reached a crossroad and could either continue with our steady growth or we could take a giant leap from our current European position onto the global stage. Joining the 24MAS Group means our clients will benefit from the strong advertising angle and our team will be challenged by world-class brands”.
As an established leader for targeted mobile advertising, applications and managed services, 24MAS has a proven track record in Asia-Pacific, Latin America, North America and Europe. Through distribution via mobile operators and media companies as well as partnership with publishers and handset manufacturers in five continents, 24MAS gives advertisers and application developers the opportunity to reach mobile subscribers in more than 80 countries.
The CEO of 24MAS, Tero Turunen, comments on the news: “We are thrilled about the addition of Spoiled Milk to the 24MAS Group of companies. Spoiled Milk are at the forefront of technology and design trends, working for a broad client base delivering cutting edge products and solutions. The combination of Spoiled Milk and all the other business units of 24MAS, means we will be strengthening our cross media expertise and product range, and deploying them on a global basis”.
From Copenhagen, co-founding Strategic Director of Spoiled Milk, Frederik Cordes, concludes: “Those that have followed us from the beginning know we aim high, push the boundaries of what we deliver, and always seek to leave our unique Spoiled Milk mark. 24MAS offers the opportunity to expand our vision of working internationally with how brands and organizations embrace web and mobile. We look forward to this new chapter”.
This is an exciting step forward and we owe it to our clients that have given us some amazing projects, our peers who have pushed us to be more innovative and ourselves who through dedication have achieved great things and will continue on a much grander scale. Thanks to everyone who’s believed in us and stay tuned for many more exciting developments to follow.

Wow, who would have thought it. Congratulations all round …. from someone who remembers day one so well. In fact I seem to remember I loaned half the initial start-up costs!
Keep living the dream!

Fantastic achievement Frederik. I can still remember the day I turned up one week early for the Spoiled Milk ‘open night’.
